Down To The Souls Of Your Feet

We made the trip to Decatur the other day to see Caleb's Foot Dr.

He has flat feet and wears inserts. Good news is we found out they are helping a little bit. His foot has a slight arch now. Praise Jesus!!

But they still hurt a lot! We found out he has  Sever's Disease, which is a common heel injury in kids his age. Especially boys who play sports like Caleb. All that running in Soccer is hard on your feet.

The good news is this wonderful doctor taught him some easy things to do to stretch, and help relieve pain as his growth plate closes.

Note the example drawn on his foot! ha!

After the Dr. and good report we drove a little further and treated ourselves to SALT GRASS!! YUMMY!!
Daddy (Daniel) was there too, he took the pictures! :)

Notice the BUTTER on Chloe's cheeks. Told you it was good! ha!
